How we operate

Every web site project is different, but the development will typically go through the following phases:

Face to face consultation to establish such things as:

	the reason for the site		it's purpose and goals		the competition
	the target audience		the site structure		required form

Research based on the consultation to produce the outline structure of the web site, any special features and a consistent and attractive visual design.

Produce a proposal including:

	full costs		planned structure of site		response forms
	hosting		maintenance and support		training

Build the site.

	Built using our custom web site building tool I-Cite.
	Text will be proof-checked, all images will be optimized.
	Test to ensure the pages display correctly in the major browsers.

Obtain sign-off from client or amend the site. This is an iterative process, we're not happy until you are happy.

Publish the site on to defined server. Your web site will now be available to your customers and potential customers world-wide.

Provide assistance and support.
